Many times individuals decide to lose weight but have not really thought about how to do this in a healthy way. Sometimes losing weight can be dangerous if not done correctly and many people end up losing lean muscle instead of body fat. When you are a constant dieter you are running the risk off slowing down your metabolism and creating a hormonal imbalance which is very, very dangerous.
